You will receive a Return Authorization Code and instructions by email.
Please write this code clearly on the package before shipping the return.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise in writing.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe and verifiable delivery.
We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.
