At homiesso.com, we stand behind the quality and durability of every product we offer. All items purchased through our website are covered by a standard 2-year warranty in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
Where available, customers may also extend their warranty to 3 years through an optional warranty extension service at the time of purchase.

Scope of Warranty Coverage

The warranty applies exclusively to non-conforming products or factory defects involving electrical or functional components.

Covered situations include:

How to Request Warranty Assistance

To request warranty support:

  2. Use the subject line: “Warranty Request – [Order Number]”

  3. Include the following details:

    • Full name and contact information

    • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

    • Description of the issue

    • One or more videos clearly showing the defect (e.g., device turning on, charging, or operating)

Video evidence is essential.
If the issue cannot be assessed remotely, we may ask you to send the item back for inspection.


Return for Technical Inspection

If a product needs to be returned:

  • You will receive a Return Authorization Code and shipping instructions

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless a factory defect is confirmed

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) parcels are not accepted

  • A tracked courier is recommended to ensure safe and verifiable delivery

Once the inspection is complete, you will be informed whether the issue is covered under warranty.


Resolution Options Under Warranty

If the defect is confirmed and covered, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the defective item with a new or equivalent model

  • Free repair of the faulty component

  • Refund of the product’s full value if repair or replacement is not possible

If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you, and shipping costs will remain your responsibility.


Duration of Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 24 months from the delivery date

  • Extended warranty (if purchased): 36 months total coverage

For repaired or replaced products, the warranty continues from the original purchase date and does not restart.


Additional Information

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from homiesso.com and used according to the provided instructions.
It is offered in addition to your statutory rights under EU and local consumer laws.
